PDAU identifies and communicates new funding opportunities and supports development and delivery of competitive proposals by IITA including monitoring of proposal progress. It supports efficient project initiation, implementation, and closure, ensuring timely submission of project reports to donors. It operates the ProMIS project database and strives to fully automate its operations in line with the larger CGIAR.
